When we ordered this, is said it was in stock and we would receive the moth egg mix within a week. I ordered it on July 5th, it is now September 29th and I am currently filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back and am reporting this website as fraudulent. When I emailed them about when to expect the egg mix, they just said it is unknown. After I emailed them for a refund, they stopped responding. They don't answer their phone, they don't call back/respond to voice messages, they don't respond to the "chat" option in the lower right side of the screen... I do NOT recommend working this company and for everyone else who's been ripped off, I highly recommend reporting JMZButterflyFarm as a fraudulent website/company so that maybe people will stop getting taken advantage of. This was supposed to be my daughter's birthday present. She was so excited, and now she is incredibly sad and disappointed. Shame on you JMZButterflyFarm for taking advantage of so many people...
