🦋 JMZ Butterfly Farm Terms of Service

Welcome to JMZ Butterfly Farm! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
Preorders reserve stock and cannot be canceled once placed.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Live Insect Sales

We sell live caterpillars, chrysalises, and moth eggs that require proper care upon arrival.
By purchasing, you agree to follow the care instructions provided.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and being available to receive the package.

3. Shipping Terms

We ship Monday–Wednesday using UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air.
UPS Next Day Air is required for our Live Arrival Guarantee.
We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS, incorrect addresses, or weather.

4. Live Arrival Guarantee

Live arrival is only guaranteed when UPS Next Day Air is selected.
You must report any DOA (dead on arrival) within 1 hour of delivery with photos.
Failure to follow these requirements voids the guarantee.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns of live insects.
Refunds or replacements are issued only when conditions of the Live Arrival Guarantee are met.
Preorders are non-refundable.

6. Species Restrictions & Permits

Some species cannot be released in certain states.
It is the customer’s responsibility to know and follow local wildlife regulations.

7. Liability

JMZ Butterfly Farm is not responsible for insects that perish due to mishandling, delayed care, or incorrect housing conditions after arrival.
We are not liable for any misuse or unintended use of our products.

8. Use of Our Website

All content on our website, including images and text, is owned by JMZ Butterfly Farm and may not be used without permission.

9. Agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
